Air Duct Cleaning
In today’s air tight homes air quality is a growing concern. Until recently most people were not aware that the air ducts, that provide a pathway for their forced hot air systems or central A/C units, should or even could be cleaned. Because of this fact many homes have gone 30, 40 or more years without having the debris that build up in the ducts removed. This causes your furnace to work extra hard trying to push the air through, which in turn makes your heating bill higher.
We have actually had clients tell us that after having their air ducts

remove the contaminants like molds, mildew, pollen, animal dander,

As stated by the American Lung Association, even in very clean homes approximately 40 pounds of dust is generated each year per 1,500 sq. ft. of living space. We also fog your ducts with an environmentally safe fungicidal/bactericidal agent commonly used in nursing homes and hospitals. This significantly reduces and in some cases removes the mold and bacteria that are growing inside of your air ducts.
